With reference to your letter of the 4th. of
June last, No.G.P.0.164/13, I am directed by the Postmaster-General to inform you that the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury have been pleased to authorise the payment to Mr. A. J. Reed and to Mr. H. Dixon of 2150 each as gratuities for the extra work which they performed in the three years ending on the 31st. of December, 1913, in connexion with the preparation of the Agencie
-est Accounts.
The question of the payment of gratuities of
suitable amounts for the work undertaken by these officers since
the lat. of January last will be considered in due course.
